We’re currently looking for an experienced sales manager with previous experience in the diamond or jewellery industry to run our sales department.

Here’s a list of some of your responsibilities:

Customer Management:

  • Respond to customers inquiries via email, telephone, video and chat.
  • Meet face to face with customers and advise them on the different qualities of gemstones and jewellery.
  • Manage the after sale service for resizing and repairs of our customer’s jewellery and coordinate with our atelier.
  • Organize Meetups with customers in high potential cities to grow our international presence.
  • Create a follow up process with our current customers to increase repeated sales and ensure their satisfaction.


  • Source and evaluate the quality of diamonds and select the finest stones for our clients.
  • Find new diamonds and gemstones suppliers to expand our offering.
  • Develop our lab-grown and semi-precious stone offering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of suppliers.


  • Establish new manufacturing processes to improve and automate our orders.
  • Follow-up with our manufacturing atelier to ensure that orders are ready on time.
  • Coordinate each step of our manufacturing process from beginning to end.
  • Inspect every jewellery piece to make sure it meets our quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and forecast high demand periods.

Logistics & Operations:

  • Manage, update and organize our inventory. Create a visual record of each jewellery sold for our database.
  • Prepare each order for shipping in their packaging and handle communication with our forwarder.
  • Update our CRM (Hubspot) and analyze sales data to improve our marketing inbound process.
  • Update our monthly KPIs and report areas of improvement to the team.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on several projects.
  • Open and set up a new flagship showroom in Brussels.


  • At least 2 years of experience in the diamond or jewellery industry.
  • Excellent organizational and great communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work between our Antwerp and Brussels offices.
  • Good knowledge of Excel. Other digital tools are a plus.
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
  • A great interest in diamonds, gemstones and jewellery.

    We’re currently looking for an experienced digital marketing to run our marketing department.

    Here’s a list of some of your responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, leveraging various platforms and tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of our paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Collaborate with our internal marketing specialist, our sales department, external agencies, and freelancers to execute and coordinate marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, content creation, email marketing, influencer marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
    • Optimize our marketing funnel by identifying opportunities for improvement at each stage, conducting A/B tests, implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and iterating on successful tactics.
    • Develop our email marketing strategies with Klaviyo to nurture leads and engage with customers, ensuring personalized and timely communication throughout the customer journey.
    • Lead our PR efforts, including media outreach and events management, to increase brand exposure and drive traffic to the website.
    • Plan and coordinate our annual photoshoot, collaborating with photographers, models, and stylists to create visually stunning content that showcases the company's jewellery.
    • Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website on Shopify, ensuring it provides a seamless user experience, is visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, extracting valuable insights to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct KPI reporting, regularly tracking and evaluating marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to identify growth opportunities and ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market.


    • At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage our internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • An aptitude for technology and comfortable working with a range of SaaS and online tools such as Hubspot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive data-driven marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
    • Highly organized with a great attentions to details and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing and branding experiences.
    • Fluent in English and preferably French and/or Dutch.
