All of our jewels are custom made and delivery time takes approximately 3 weeks from the moment you place the order.
If you need the jewel urgently, please let us know before placing the order and we will do our best to have it delivered on time if possible. Rings in stock can be shipped and delivered within 5 to 7 days depending on your location.
Shipping is free worldwide. It is completely secure and insured by our forwarder. We are using Malca-Amit to deliver our jewels, since they are a fast and reputable forwarder that specializes in jewellery and other luxury goods. A signature is required upon reception of the package. The postal package is completely unbranded so you can keep the surprise till the end!
Once the package is shipped you will receive a link to track your order online.
You have the option to pick-up your jewel at our Antwerp or Brussels office. Simply select the pick-up option when checking out or let us know when placing the order. We will let you know when your jewel is ready and schedule an appointment for the pick-up.

Jewellery from our catalogue:
All jewellery ordered from our online catalogue can be returned free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes engraved jewellery.
The jewel must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging with everything that was included in the original shipment (Certificates, boxes, cards etc.).
Tailor-made jewellery designed and manufactured to your specifications, and not available in our catalogue, is not subject to returning and refunding.
If our tailor-made jewellery does not meet your expectations, it can be returned for adjustments under certain conditions:
- If ring size needs to be adjusted.
- If there is a manufacturing fault.
In these two cases, you have 30 days from the date of reception to return the jewellery. We will adjust or replace the jewellery as soon as possible.
The first resizing is complimentary. For a second resizing, the cost is €60. Shipping costs for resizing are always at the customer's expense. A resize takes up to 1 week on average.
What is the return process?
To return a jewel, simply contact us via our contact form or by phone at +32 800 260 85. We will then send you the information necessary for the return and arrange for our forwarder to come pick up the package at your preferred location.
Returns are fully insured by the forwarder, so you don’t need to worry about anything that might happen during transport.
